Each Holasend partner passes a 4-step verification: business license check, quality sample review, delivery reliability test, and customer feedback score. Only partners rated 4.5+ across every criterion are onboarded.
Your payment is encrypted
All transactions run through a PCI-DSS compliant processor. All pages use TLS encryption. Your card number never touches our servers.
Delivery guarantee
If a delivery fails due to our error, you get a full refund or a free re-delivery of a replacement — your choice. Report within 24 hours of delivery.

No hidden fees
What you see in USD is what you pay. No currency conversion fees, no surprise delivery surcharges at checkout (except explicitly labeled Sunday or GBA surcharges).

Flowers are sourced from local wholesalers within 24 hours of arrangement. Bouquets are prepared the day of delivery, never shipped cross-border.
Our refund policy in one paragraph
If the bouquet arrives damaged or the delivery fails because of something we did wrong, you get a full refund (same card, within 5 business days) or a free re-delivery of a replacement bouquet — your choice. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery time. Customer-caused issues (wrong address, recipient unavailable after 2 attempts) may be covered partially at our discretion.
